Re: elite 2500 with iq3 dash problem

Hi Ted, We have identified a problem with the Cam angle CAN output channels in the current 2.22 Elite firmware, this has been rectified and I have been trying to e-mail you a copy of firmware which will resolve the problem - any e-mail to your account keeps bouncing back, do you have an alternate e-...

Re: Yamaha jet ski knock setup

Hi Mike, The Yamaha base map has the knock threshold and frequency setup and calibrated on a stock engine. It is not necessary to adjust either of these settings on a stock ski. This was done by adjusting the ignition timing to a level that you are sure the engine is not knocking, then logging the k...

Re: AWD Attesa Error on R33 GTR

The Platinum Pro plug in has a TPS output to satisfy the ATTESA system. This output needs to be setup at 0% if the car is an R32, or 100% if the car is an R33. What is this value set to in your setup?

Re: BMW E30 Track Car STRANGE ISSUE at exactly 6k RPM with v

It would appear that your ECU is cutting the injection as the injectors are drawing over the maximum resistance of 8 ohms per injector wire. When this cut occurs the ECU software will increment the “Injector Pulse error count” and will let you know how long the current limit was reached for “Injecto...

Re: VE Tuning and MAP Correction Table

If you make the tale axes the same between the VE table and the MAP correction table you could apply the % corrections back into the base fuel table as it should be.

Re: Electric Water pump control

PWM1, 2, 3 and 4 have a current limit of 800ma (0.8amps) and are equipt with flyback protection. AUX1 and AUX2 have a current limit of 4000ma (4amps) and do not have any flyback protection. You must use AUX1 or AUX2 as the flyback protection will hole the solid state relay on if you try and use PWM1...

Re: crank and cam trigger sync ps2000

That setup sounds fine. Use the S3 on the crankshaft (wire the ECU trigger+ to the S3 Trigger), this way you dont need to worry about magnet polarity. Use the S4 on the camshaft and install 1 magnet. The S3 on the crank would line up with a magnet somewhere between 50 and 90 degrees BTDC cylinder 1 ...

Re: Dead PS1000 box?

If all the sensors are reading flat out it would indicate that the 5v (orange) supply wire is shorted to 0v or 12v. Please check over the 5v wiring, as well as any 5v supplied sensor.
