Re: wastegate control pressure min max hard coded?

Recent updates have fixed the issue! Yay. Now can someone that has used the master/slave wastegate outputs or a Haltech engineer please describe how to set this up. I have a solenoid to raise the front suspension and a solenoid to lower. Both can be triggered via haltech DPO or DSO outputs. I would ...

Re: ignition generic correction activating when conditions NOT met!

Do you mean attach them or e-mail them? I don't think Hal will like me posting the map on a public forum, but happy to e-mail if you let me know the address. I am attaching the data log in a zip file. Thank you!

Being able to account for cam sensor jitter on start up

This pertains to the Z33 but might be useful across all platforms. This is a fairly well know issue on 6MT G35 and 350Z cars and has to do with jitter on the driver's side cam sensor in those cars (I suspect the AT not affected because of more grounds in the harness; I know because my car used to be...

Re: ignition generic correction activating when conditions NOT met!

Removing this post as it is really unrelated and starting a new thread. Appreciate if an engineer could just confirm that the "AND" logic for ignition generic correction is really being treated as "OR" logic - and log as a bug to fix when possible. Thanks!

ignition generic correction activating when conditions NOT met!

I have my ignition generic correction set up to help with traction control in a gear vs wheel slip % table. I am getting extreme engine bucking shifting into 2nd gear. Clearly I have some fine tuning but there is a definite BUG in the activation of this channel. The IGN generic correction should onl...

Re: Improvement Suggestion: Fuel Pressure Diagnostics

Hi Matthew, I think the takeaway here is that it would be really nice if there was a "Warning output" in the menu of available outputs. Any sensor in the warning range would send this signal high. (Of course I want this for my 350z pro plug in but if you could help the elite folks too, the...

Re: ECU loses connection under high load

I had this happen with one particular usb cable and/or with use through a usb hub. Very inconsistent behavior. Switched to a nice cable with direct connection and no more issues. Not sure if grounding the haltech box or usb shielding will help, but possibly.

Re: Improvement Suggestion: Fuel Pressure Diagnostics

Oh I think Matt is referring to engine protection. That puts the car into limp mode. I think what the OP (and many of us) are asking for is a way to alert the driver to a warning condition (like flash the CEL if oil pressure falls below 15 psi while rpm > 0).

Re: Improvement Suggestion: Fuel Pressure Diagnostics

Matt does this "throttle limitation" trick exist on the 350z pro plug in? Trying to prevent oil pressure sensor diagnostic from firing on key off.

Re: Warning trigger using multiple parameters

Has anyone figured out how to trigger an output if an error / alert / warning condition exists? A buzzer even within ECU mgr would be great as sometimes the blinking red for a small gauge can be easily overlooked on a page full of sensors when busy doing something else.

Re: Datalog Viewer crashing?

I have found a machine that the logs all work on (another Win 7 machine). So must be something on the machine, perhaps a windows update. I will try uninstalling and reinstalling.

Re: Datalog Viewer crashing?

I should clarify that these are logs generated by the internal data logger. Attaching some data that consistently crashes data log viewer. ZIP file with a CSV file attached.
