Re: Software Bug in 2.22 and 2.23??

There is a min rpm setting as well as a delay to prevent this on startup.

These are all tested before packaging, but it sounds like it needs to be sent back to us.

Re: Cut the harness

Replace wiring and wire it correctly. Do this with the power off so you dont burn the next sensor or wiring.
Replace smoking sensor and check that it works
Test ECU
If ECU is not working send it back to be repaired if it is possible to repair.

Re: Wire dry contact switch to DPI on I/O Expander..wont work

You could try a pull to ground resistor but I am simply reporting what the firmware and hardware engineers have said with regard to the IO12. Maybe there is a documentation error that someone will look into.

Re: DOA WB1 ?

Did you try connecting it directly to the ECU to test if that makes it work

Update software and firmware. There was a bug around a year ago that was fixed with regards to not being able to apply the changes.

Re: 24 Tooth Trigger setup (4AGE 20v)

As with all of the Toyota and Mazda 24 and 1 triggers, 65 angle and either 10 (using G1) or 22 (using G2) for the tooth offset lines them up. A little bit of angle difference if it is a movable CAS/distributor. For those interest the Elite uses the same numbers but represented differently. TDC Offse...

Re: ECU Manager Stops Working when connected to ECU

I remember seeing this when you dont have up to date Direct X. It sometimes only happens when there is a particular item on the page layout you are viewing which is not happy. You can try opening a map offline and remove all of the page layouts. Try to then go online and see if it stays connected. I...

Re: Single wideband after turbo

It cant because you only have one sensor. You would use cylinder trims to map each bank.

Any dealer can provide these. Usually sold as a packet of 10, or maybe if the dealer is kind they may give you one.

Re: Wire dry contact switch to DPI on I/O Expander..wont work

Don't thank me yet 8) DPIs are hardware limited to the type of signal that can be used to switch them. The threshold either rising or falling is 2.5V, and hardware has them pulled up to 5V, so they will only switch correctly from a floating condition if connected to ground, not a 12V signal. AVI's c...

Re: Single wideband after turbo

If you are using a single sensor the simple thing to do is to set the config so the engine only has one bank. It can differentiate between them anyway.
Then the O2 control is set to only look at Bank 1.

The Overall setting is more used with multiple sensors and and sensor averaging.
