Re: E11V2 Peugeot 205 New install

Any narrow band sensor will work. Try to use a 3 or 4 wire type so it has a heater.

Re: Toyota 1UZFE and an Elite 2000 (or other Haltech ecu), anyone?

As your title says, the Elite 2000 is the model to pick so you have done well there. These are fairly straight forward engines to work with we even used a 1UZ as a development mule for 15 years or so through the late 90's to 00's. As mentioned, go the widebands and the rest of the OEM sensors will b...

If you have used them all up you can add an IO12 expander or even a REM.

Re: Ps2000 ecu can't connect to halltech racepak iq3 250 display ??

use the Racepak software. It is not programmed through the ECU software.

Datalink II is what you need, and the appropriate cables.

Re: MAP Selection required with MAF??

I aaw that. The main reason for using g/cyl is that the relationship with engine load is more linear. i.e. full load values tend to mimic torque output. Mapping with g/s will give you a fuel map that extends like the MAF curve in a parabolic shape! :D Just for your own interest, this minor bug may h...

Yes. 1% is 1% of the fuel. It is additive to the short term.

Re: MAP Selection required with MAF??

A couple of things show up. For the Injection Time issue, the Primer and Cranking Fuel tables are currently hard coded to look for a MAP sensor as a reference. The simplest way forward is to use MAP instead of Baro and it will function normally. This will work fine when you do not currently have a B...

Re: GM sport-IAC

The Sport GM uses a different method of controlling the idle whereby it simply reacts to error. There is nothing to do other than just start the vehicle and let it find the correct idle. Usually you will set the throttle stop so that the engine idles 50 to 100rpm below the target with the engine war...

If it is needing to react this fast then there must be a large error. So the base duty must need attention.

I would too, but I am not a software engineer living in their land  It does though come down to priorities. There are mega dollar projects the team are working on, and then there is one minor stability problem with a feature very few use and one person has an issue with, and there is the worka...

Make sure the tooth shape matches the requirements of the sensor. Min 6mm width, gap, and tooth height. Needs more at very high RPMs.
