Trigger and Home jumpers on PCB may not have been changed , check they are configured as per the quick start guide.

Yes normal, they are the shields for the shielded cables ( DPI/SPI's)

It will affect your trigger and Home, It depends on the wiring of your sensors. Ground reference is required if one side of your sensor pickup is grounded to the engine. It is disabled if both sides of the reluctor sensor are wired back to the ECU respective Trigger or home + and - locations. Your p...

Those setting are greyed out and not being used. So your map is the same apart from the TDC offset.
Your TDC offset needs to be confirmed on your vehicle with a timing light.

In any Available DPO ( Digital Pulsed Output), you could also use any available DPO on the ECU Auxiliary connector too.
See the help in the ECU manager software for pinout information.

The wideband is in error because both sensors are not allocated / used. ( 1 sensor is missing)
The WBC2 will work ok with the sensor that is connected and this will not cause any issues with tuning or everyday running of the vehicle.
