injector current setting????

G'day, i am having some issues with my E11. when trying to start the vehicle. both cold and hot. the vehicle will crank over fine and fire up but wont idle very well. i have to pump the throttle after the engine has fired. then hold my foot on the throttle for a few second, while the engine stubble ...

ignition angle question

im getting a miss fire at about 1500 rpm on light load. My question is would it be an ignition angle problem. 6 cylinder ford falcon engine running dizzy setup. my trigger angle is set to 120 degrees. Im thinking its too high. should i lower it ?

Re: E11V2 fuel scale factor

100% give you 100% of what you asked. 50% would halve it, 200% would double it. It is the old school way of having an overall trim where these days it is set as 0% by default and you would have positive or negative corrections. But back then everyone was on drugs and 100% means you get what you ask...

E11V2 fuel scale factor

G'day
question if I set my fuel scale factor in the fuel setup main. to 100% does that deliver the whole ms injection time in my base fuel table. or does 100% add say .500 ms on top of the already commanded ms.

hello
i know this is an old post. but would anyone still have a tune file for a EL ford falcon running dizzy setup? I am running an E11V2 ecu.

would lifting my injector dead-time at lower battery voltage help with this problem.?

thermo switching

G'day quick question? is there a way to switch the thermo fans on after the engine has been started. at the moment i am switching my thermo fans on and off with the PWM 1 and 2 setting, At my desired coolant temp. my problem is once i turn the ignition on with the engine at operating temp. my thermo...

throttle enrichment problem

G'day this maybe a weird question. But can i tune an engine without throttle pump enrichment. i am using an E11V2 ecu, and i am having issues with the throttle pump settings over fueling on constant throttle. its fine with quick short movements. but once held at a constant rpm and load it is over fu...

Re: Throttle pump question??

Personally.. I'd be turning off acceleration enrichment for the minute. Then I'd make sure your base fuel table is at least partially accurate (it sounds quite a way off at the moment) and work from there. To keep things simple for now, set your entire target AFR table to say 13:1 and adjust your b...

Re: Throttle pump question??

Check the AFR during transient conditions and that'll tell you. If it spikes lean before returning to the correct values or hesitates then enable it. If it's fine, don't bother. I can say that the Delphi Harley ECU's still have acceleration enrichment and enleanment and they're Alpha-N based (Throt...

Throttle pump question??

G'day
quick question, if i am using TPS as load sensing. do i need to switch on throttle pump setup. or is this just for MAP load sensing. Because of the faster air charge in the inlet port at lower RPM that a MAP can not read correctly.
