tps calibration

Postby gtfourcelica » Mon Sep 17, 2007 10:37 pm

hi,
i have a e6x ecu and need to calibrate my tps
in the manual it doesnt explain good enough how to do it,
i get confused what numbers to fill in when the ecu asks me to set min and max throttle possition,
i did fill in some numbers to try to figure it out but after that when i press the throttle the ecu goes to -1 procent in the data gauge page ,
wiring is tripple checked so thats ok
can any one explain it better for me?

thnx

Leave it at 0% throttle, hit set, then go full throttle, and click set.

You're done! Obviously don't do it with the car running...

The manual clearly explains how to do all these things. And also how to wire up a fan to your PWM outputs.

But yes, you do not fill any values you just use the SET button to calibrate it. Like Maxx said, pedal released, hit SET, pedal to the floor, hit SET, your done.

hi claudio
tu me puedes ayudar con esto?
e6x ecu, mazda distributor has only 2 wires coming out and has only a 4 tooth triggering magnetic pick up and a vacuum advance/retard mecanism which im going to lock so timing stays solid,
how do i wire it to use wasted spark?
and the settings?
solamente me falta esto para prender el motor,
