E11V2 Peugeot 205 New install

Postby PugMonkey » Thu Feb 15, 2018 12:50 pm

Greeting to all,

I'm currently rebuilding a Peugeot 205 (60.2 Motronic) and will be installing a Haltech E11V2 (which is new never been installed).

The very first question I have is what exhaust gas sensor do I purchase? The one that I pulled out of the car is pretty cruddy and needs to be replaced but I see there are many to choose from.

The second question is there a base map to get me going for an older Motronic 60.2?

Thanks for any help

Further to this, I don't really want to go wide band at this stage. Trying to keep it simple.

Any narrow band sensor will work. Try to use a 3 or 4 wire type so it has a heater.

You're also making it a lot harder on yourself. There is absolutely no reason at all not to use a WB controller these days.

14Point7, AEM X-seriers, PLX, Zeitronics are all good controllers. Stay away from Innovate. Lots and lots of issues with their products. Juts my .02c.
