Haltech E6K Help

Postby WidebodyWoody » Sun Mar 18, 2018 1:07 pm

Hi guys

My tune is coming along, but I have a couple of issues relating to it now. I have had to completely re-tune the Haltech as paying for it to be tuned through a premium supplier resulted in wasted money in my opinion. I've already made it better. I am seeing 1 major issue still with 2 side effects.

1) The car's idle is a little rough. It idles like it's too rich or lumpy.
2) When the car completely decelerates, it will sometimes stall. This only happens when the car is warm.

I believe number 2 is happening because the range from 2000rpm and down in the vacuum sections are too lean resulting in the drop of the engine RPM's. However if I add more fuel to these areas, won't that make problem 1 worse? Guidance and things to try would be HUGELY appreciated.

* I have disabled the Zero throttle map as the TPS reads 3% at full zero throttle because of the way I need to keep the butterfly open slightly, and because I wasn't sure if it was being activated and it wasn't tuned correctly. Should I try adjusting the TPS so it reads 0% and tune this map?

Thanks for the help.
