2500T Torque Management Options

Add support for the option of using rear wheel speed in place of driveshaft rpm as the target curve. This would alleviate the need to install a driveshaft speed sensor AND a rear wheel speed sensor on rwd vehicles that want traction control as well.

I've been asking for this for 2 years now. If nothing else, they just need to allow the "drivetrain sensor" input under VSS to be the driveshaft sensor and calibrate it from there. Not that we really need gear detection on the drag cars I've wired/tuned, but it would be nice to see MPH instead of having to remember how many DSS RPM = x MPH. We're at the limit of inputs, so splitting the signal and using two inputs isn't an option.
