Crank Trigger Setup

Postby Anderson99 » Thu Oct 26, 2017 2:58 am

Hi,

I want to build a Crank Trigger set up. I'm planning to use this Magnetic sensor - Honeywell 1GT101DC. The engine is a 4 Cylinder with a maximum rpm of 9000, aluminum wheel and 12 magnetic teeth.

Please give me your better idea.
Thanks.

As the specs of the sensor say, ferrous metal, so make the teeth out of a high iron content metal and they do not need to be magnetic.
