no ignition spark on zylinder 2/3

Postby mathuex » Fri Mar 30, 2018 7:15 pm

i have a problem on my stock evo 6 with my ps1000 ecu include fuse box and loom.

the car does not start or rather it runs only on 2 zylinder.

i checked the coils (swapped), pinouts, the connetions on the cable and pins. i also realized that no ignition signal comes from the ecu pin 4 (ign2/DPO6) because when i swapped the Pins 3 and 4 and ensuing i have a ignition spark at this ignition coil Zylinder 2/3.
i have already checked the ecu on another car with the same periphery and works without problems.

could this be a problem because the cam sensor does not work properly? or another guess?

i would be glad if someone can help me :)

thanks in advance an sorry for my english :)

I believe we diagnosed this as the crank and cam sensor wires being flipped.
