I think it is more duty-cycle related than impedance related problem.
The buffer I made didn't solve errors...they do not appear so often though.
I'm working on a new intake with 550cc injectors and a blower...let's see......
Cheers Markus :shock:

This error is in the program.
It is not overcurrent in driver as the buffer circuit I made last year did not solve the problem.
With the buffer ECU "sees" bosch 12 ohm injector as 60 ohm device and then there is no chance for overcurrent.

There is just one patch missing in program...and with C++ it would go like

if ( DutyCycle > 100%) {
DutyCycle = 100%;
}

As workaround one must use so big injectors the dutycycle never reache 50% because with cold enricment and accelerator it
can still be about 90% for a short time.
Cheers....uffek

For some reason your sprint doesn't like that bosch injectors your are using even tho they are high impedance.At my set-up i am using 4 high impedance (14ohm) 260cc ca18de injectors (the engine is an E15ET) at batch fire configuration BUT i have wired them at output 1 injector cylinder 1 output 2 injector cylinder 2 and so on and not two injectors per output as i was suggested.Engine works flawlessly-starts every time-no noticeable issues and it idles smoothly at mid 13's afr.
