Tuning for closed loop per Haltech published process. ALL PIDs are zero, started with open loop duty and worked down to stay under targets to allow control to get me there with no overshoots once I enable PID. Problem is at 4k rpm the duty goes to 100% and causes a spike. I will have a pretty smooth duty curve as my target moves up with RPM from 3k and then all of a sudden I see 100 duty and then back down to where is should be. I have changed targets and duty to see if I can make it stop but no joy.
It does not happen in open loop and I haven't enabled the PID yet in closed loop. Any ideas?

Map and log. But these things are better solved by talking directly to us when you are there with the car. Its why we have 6 guys on the phones here and emails going all day. Forum is checked last when we are not directly interacting with our customers.
