Could sell to V10 and a lot more V8's, if we had enough support for direct fire and sequential injection. Whether they do or don't need it, they want it, and what Haltech doesn't provide someone else will. So where's that Platinum Pro Universal ECU?? :)

Very, very true. Can be said for knock control as well and I'm sure many more features.

Agreed 100%

There's a huge profitable market there. More than likely will have to look into another product for that use. Can't let that $$$$ go to waste.

You can do sequential direct fire with a ps2000 for up to 12cyl using the m&w ignition box,

I have been running this setup on our boat for the last few months and it is flawless!

I was always against waste spark as well but my car has no problems making 1400hp with stock ls1 coils in wastespark

How much extra are you paying for the additional box for direct fire? 1k Too much money to spend on top of a 2k ecu.

Edit
I really haven't dealt with the M&W boxes. So V8 sequential injection with direct fire ignition (assuming wasted spark ecu out) with the M&W box?? It doesn't look like it will take a wasted spark input and deal out sequential output. Is this something new?

There are two versions than take a single input of sorts from the ecu manufacturer it was designed for.:)
There are other ignition boxes that take a single ign output from the ecu with a toggle for tdc reference. Kinda like the Ford EDIS system.

Single wire encoded signal to ignition box. Not new, just filtering into cheaper units now.

M&W does it from memory, who make the CDI's for Motec anyway. Not sure if they offer an inductive unit.
