Delays in staff replying on this forum

Postby HaltechMatthew » Tue Aug 25, 2015 4:55 pm

Due to the extremely large amount of time it takes to write the user help manual for the Elite I have not been able to reply to questions here. Some other staff will try to answer when they are not already very busy with other task. If time is important in obtaining a reply you are better to contact us via any of the other more immediate contact types. You can call and we will answer, you can chat request and someone will answer if available, or you can email and we will reply usually within 24 hours. This forum is the slowest way to get an answer from Haltech staff out of the contact options at the moment.

Hopefully the help manual will answer most peoples questions when it is complete and the time spent writing it is useful.

Hello Matt,

I'm thinking about getting on of these ECU's , maybe by early next year. In the meantime I'll just be following up on the feedbacks ...
Hope all is well with you & yours.
