Hi guys,
Did you measure your ecu voltage correctly?
The right way would be to read the positive and negative leads (A10/11 and B11) with voltmeter and compare it to what the haltech sees.

Try to rule out a bad ground input..

I have been able to get mine better after receiving my ecu back from Haltech they confirmed it was nothing wrong with it.

I found out that the red/white wire (a10 or 11) was fed by a little to thin wire. It’s now twice the size and that helped my voltage drop a little.

But I still have a drop of 0.2v compared to the red/white power supply to the ecu when the ecu is online. That must be software related because it’s measured with the ecu live and can’t see how it can be any other way.

My mistake I did was checking votage points with ecu disconnected therefor I had no current draw.
