R33 RB25 Base map 4WD Table

Postby FranK45 » Wed Oct 18, 2017 10:34 am

Hello,

I am looking at putting my Haltech Elite 2500 inside the GTS-4 with RB25DET NEO with S2 ECU swap I recently bought.

I was looking at the base map in ESP and saw a disabled generic out map for the 4WD which output is linear to the throttle position. I was wondering what was the purpose / intent behind this table?

Also, I am planning on doing a DIY PNP conversion loom and running the stock engine using additional MAP, IAT and O2 Wideband and converting to electrical fan. I plan on using it daily, year round including canadian snowy winters. Any comments, warning or opinion on the ECU setup are welcome.

Thanks,

It just replicates the TPS signal that the OEM ECU outputs to the AWD controller.

That makes sense! I'll enable it and wire it up then. From what I've just read, it does seem to apply to the R32 ATESSA also.

Thanks
