Programming cooling fans and boost control with inlet temps

Postby XHPBT1 » Sat Sep 23, 2017 10:04 am

Hi there

Is it possible to program the ecu to vary the boost setting depending on inlet temperatures?

Also when it hits certain temps to activate relays for cooling fans ?

There are dedicated functions for cooling fans (Thermofan) that can be configured against coolant temp, or any other temp sensor.

Boost trims are easy too, as there are again, dedicated tables just for corrections based on a variety of inputs, notably air temp and coolant temp. All of these can be found in the boost control configuration.
