e6k 60-2 waste spark\multipoint inj

im trying to start this hyundai tiburon beta engine. for fuel using multipoint with channel inj 1 & 2 for all 4 inj. for ignition using a eclipse igniter and waste spark coils with ignout and dig out 1 as stated by manual. on the haltech is setup to direct fire and 2 coils. it reads rpm almost perfect with a hall sensor and 60-2. engine starts but only have ign output from the haltech on ignout L.grn wire. no output on dig1 or dig 2. i read some where to use auxout grn/blk wire for coil 2-3 and turn on aux. out toggle and change to distributor on haltch setting? im really confuse here ,any help?

That is only when you use the Mazda 2nd Gen Trail ignitor. The E6X had the toggle ability, not the E6K.
