Re: Dual Pulse CAS Reference

That style of trigger is somewhat unique to Wolf and not supported by Haltech. I cant think of a factory car that had an extra-tooth style trigger so none have been supported.

What engine are we talking about?

Re: PS2000 Base map vs PRO map

Utterly different models of ECU. Very different capabilities. The Pro is a more modern and capable design with each model made specifically for the vehicle.

Re: 7m base Map for E11

The OEM 7M igniter module is not supported. It is not a normal igniter, it is what is known as a toggle igniter exactly the same as is used on the Mazda 20B. It needs to be swapped for a normal 3x channel igniter.

Re: elite 1500 on 3sge beams

The multiplex is not supported and so too the ABS link or any CAN if it has it. If it has the ETCSi throttle it is also not supported. I am not sure if the extra throttle is stepper, I believe they are DC Motor half-bridge and this is not supported. The unfortunate issue is that those vehicles have ...

Re: Mapping for heat soak

If you are tuning via MAF then the ATS is in the correct location. Tuning via MAP it should be in the intake where you are measuring load. If not there is a large disconnect between what you read at the airbox and what actually makes it to the engine. You can try to map it via the CTS bias table whi...

Stock Barra coils work quite well. Almost all that we see are still using stock coils to 1500hp or thereabout.

Oil Pressure and Fuel Pressure are the two main ingredients in a broken engine. Keep on eye on them and you will be fine.

Re: Beginer Questions to Learn - New Project

So long as it has port injection and is not a GDI or Atkinson version of the engine then you have a good starting point. The only drawback is you are starting with a rare engine that virtually nobody modifies so help with it will be thin on the ground. I probably have more experience with a diverse ...

Re: rb26 air tempeture sensor position

You are tried to measure how much air is going into the engine, so measuring it where you measure load is ideal. MAF have them in the MAF unit. TMAP have them built into the MAP sensor unit. So as near to the MAP sensor source as possible will give the best results. If not practical, then near the t...

Go to the website. Products / ECU Inputs and O2 Wideband Products / Flex Fuel Sensors.

Fittings are on the same page as the sensor.

Re: 3D Mapping Training Video

Do you mean 4D mapping? This is very difficult for humans to visualise, which is why I have no problem :D Moving the slider lets you see each 3D table. This 3rd axis allows the ECU to slip between multiple 3D tables. It is more commonly used with flex fuel tuning. To keep it simple imagine a normal ...
