Added Filtering to vehicle speed sensors.
Smoothing filters were added to all vehicle speed sensors
Additional filtering is accessible through the Vehicle Speed Filter Scale in sensor properties

Yes the basic harnesses supplied with the 1500's are 2500 harnesses.
The extra wires available in the harness are not useable on a 1500 and should be removed or insulated and isolated.
