Bump. I have no power to the coil with ignition on ( just a few milivolts ). I guess I should have 12v with ignition?

Further to this coil issue, can someone tell me if the +12V supply should be on when the ignition is on? Thanks.

I’m tracking an ignition issue on a lotus elise S1 with rover K series motor using aftermarket E8 ecu and LS1 coil. I replaced the coil with no success.
