Please Ensure that you save a copy of your Configuration map as no responsibility will be taken for deleted configuration maps.
Please remove or supply password if MAP is protected as MAPs will be deleted and a default MAP will be loaded into all ECU’s received with a password protected MAP if password is not supplied.
All ECU returns must be accompanied by a Haltech Return Information Form.
Any Haltech product received without this form fully completed and signed, will NOT be inspected and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Please ensure a detailed description of the fault is noted on the form for a quick turnaround time, as ECU’s received without a detailed fault description will not be looked at until one is provided, Haltech will not be responsible for obtaining this information from the customer.

Discontinued ECU’s sent to Haltech which are not listed above will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Please download the Return Information Form from our website which corresponds to your closest Office and include it with your ECU.
We prefer repairs from overseas to be sent to us via Federal Express (FEDEX).
Please state the reason for shipping, as ‘RETURNED TO MANUFACTURER FOR REPAIR’
