No Spark - 4AGE 1ZZ COP

Hi guys, I am having issues getting spark trying to set base timing. Engine is a 4age with 1zz coil on plugs. Using the factory toyota 24-1 reluctor sensor. ECU is a Haltech E11V2

Seeing 180-230 rpm when cranking, 24 trigger count since last home.

Have manually excited the coils by providing 12v to IGT and all looks OK.

Will always spark once when I stop cranking.

ECU stays powered when cranking

No significant voltage drop when cranking either.

Double checked my wiring to the reluctor sensor

Settings as per attached pictures.

I have exactly this issue too.
Sometimes I can get the engine to start and I have no idea why.
