E6X afr data logging issue

Postby [plohl] » Wed Dec 18, 2013 11:01 am

Hi,

I have been logging AFR from the 0-5V output of the Innovate MXT-L wideband O2 sensor for some time now with no major issues. However recently after changing the data being logged (i removed/added a few channels), the data being logged (in mV) will only reach 1064mV max - that is when fuel is cut on overrun, the gauge shows 22.4 which should be 5000mV but is showing 1064mV.
This seems to be a bit random as I thought I had fixed it, however have had the same problem again on a number of logs recently. The MXT-L gauge seems to be displaying correctly when driving etc.

Has anyone encountered something similar to this before? Or have an idea where to start looking for a solution?
Cheers, plohl

You have it set for Sensor Voltage as 0-5V and the sensor type as NTK UEGO?

In the Closed loop 02 settings I have it set as

0-5V
Reverse Polarity

As this was the only way i could get the closed loop to work. I turned off Closed Loop a while ago though, so I am unsure how this would affect the data logs.

I have 5 data logs from yesterday - 4/5 are good.
Cheers, plohl
