For some reason my e6x data logs show my injectors reaching max duty cycle at 6000rpm. Reaching 100% with an AFR of about 11.5.
This seems odd because my injectors are 740CC and the car must only make around 240ish rwkw when these injectors are usually good for 300rwkw on an SR20DET.
What confuses me is that the open time is only around 7.5ms in the data logs, being in multipoint injection the injector fires twice so with 15ms at 6000rpm this calculator I use shows that it should be 75% duty. This is a reasonable value I would expect.
Is there any reason for these conflicting injector duty cycle values? As I'm more inclined to belive the duty cycle calculator but I don't want to be maxing out the injectors too hard either.
