ECU will change IGN maps on its own even after save

My ecu will not save the inputs i give it. Mainly my ignition map changes on its own. And i dont know why, this is with out it being plugged into the car.

Also the 2d IGN map does not match the 3d or the Ign chart. Even after making changes to the 2d it does not alter the other 2. Plus once i close the program and open it, it changes the ign map to a weird looking one.
