E6k v8.14 firmware

Found that I'm getting some weird things happening with v7.17 (running very rich with the same tune as was in the old box and secondaries don't kick in. I did not elect to be using v7, replacement box had the firmware already in it...) so I'm trying to track down firmware that works with software v6. From my infinite searching it seems this is firmware v8.14 ... I've only been able to find old links that are no longer valid. Hoping someone out there might still have it.

Never was a v8 firmware for these. Only the experimental and never released v7.
V6.34 is the version that was last public release.

I may be mistaken...but in my searching for the firmware I need to use software v6.34, what I kept finding was firmware version 8.14 (all the links are no longer valid). If I'm looking for the wrong version, what is the correct one? Do you still have it? I have the tools to reflash the firmware just don't have the bin file.

So put another way, I need the firmware bin file.... not the tuning software. I may not be using the correct language, and I apologize if that's the case.....

E6X was v8 for old DOS versions but E6K was not.

I don't think we are on the same page.....

I have an E6k that has firmware which requires software v7 to communicate with.... after changing to this e6k (last one crapped out) I started having issues. To remedy I am trying to take the new e6k back to the more stable software, the version that worked with V6.34. In order to do that I need an older firmware than what is currently in it. These firmwares are bin files. That is what I'm looking for.

Email and I will see what I can find. I think you were just using the wrong terminology for the firmware name.
