67mm drive-by-wire throttle body recommendation

Postby abraxxa » Tue Mar 23, 2021 9:54 pm

Hi,
I'm looking for a drive-by-wire throttle body for my 3S-G(T)E Beams.
The intake manifold has a 67mm opening, the OEM throttle body is 65mm.
I'd prefer a Toyota/Denso one for reliability.
Are there differences in operation speed?

Thanks!

Bosch has 60 and 68mm options that are compact, readily available, and have standard flange patterns.

I also got this recommendation and went for the 68mm with an adapter plate.
Now I‘m looking for an accelerator pedal that fits the Celica.
Garage Whifbitz sells a Toyota or Lexus based but they don‘t give out the part number. Their price is too high to just buy it to see if it fits.
Any pointers?
