Currently the hard limit is 1000ms.
It's more than enough under load, but light throttle lazy shifting I feel like 1200-1600 would be even smoother.
What's the chances of this being bumped up to say 2000 or 3000 (the current allowable maximum enable time)
Flat shift recover time increase.
