Nexus for Audi V10 Engine

Hello,
I have a Audi V10 engine turbocharged. At the moment it is using a Motec M150GPR. I am very unhappy with the motec and want to change to a more user friendly ECU. I am very keen on the NEXUS. I looks like it will replace the M150 and one of my power modules and a small ECU I made to do things the Motec cannot do.

Is there some way I could get one before March.
