Unimog FI Conversion

In the process of converting a 1964 404 unimog from a Zenith 32 to fuel injection.
Current setup info:
Machined a TBI and installed some RC injectors running in batch mode.
Installed a 36-1 crank trigger wheel directly to the crank and installed a hall effect trigger purchased from haltech.
Coolant temp sensor and air temp sensor from haltech
Wideband O2 sensor.
Sprint 500 currently only being used for fuel injection,phase two will be a coil pack conversion.
Dual voltage truck, ignition system is 24v and haltech and injection system is 12v.

Current challenge:
When i set the sprint 500 configuration to motec 36-1 no home it reads 10rpm during cranking and wont start. When i set the configuration to standard full cycle it will start and i can get a tune going. At a high idle Haltech reads 500rpm and a timing light and laser tach read 1200-1300.
Does anyone know why the sprint is not correctly reading the crank rpm?
