First off, I have a 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0t Rspec. I went to get my car tuned yesterday and upon initial connection the car started right up no issues at all. Then as soon as the cable was plugged into the laptop the car immediately died and won't start now. The tuner said that he tried for about an hour and a half roughly and it just cranks, but won't start and now the red and blue lights are both on when at first it was just the blue one. He then disconnected the Haltec and put the other ECU back in and it starts and runs just fine. He tried several different cables known to be good as well as disconnecting and reconnecting the Haltec, but he can't get it to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I am definitely not a Genesis expert as they dont come to our country, but I am fairly sure it is only meant to be for MY09-12 models and newer models are not fully supported. Maybe better to give the US office a call as they very rarely are on this forum.
