Feature request. Tacho Sweep speed/time

Hi all.

Just wanted to ask for a feature to be added to the Tacho Needle Sweep option.

I have a VK Calais that uses an old VFD style digital dash. The refresh rate is not overly fast on it, and so when the startup tacho needle sweep function is turned on, I only get a small blip up to about 1200 rpm, even though the sweep RPM is set to 7000. External tacho works fine.

Would you be able to add a function to the sweep settings to control the speed of the sweep, or a delay time to hold it at peak RPM etc.
