Turn on Knock control based on conditions

Hi there, I have couple of questions regarding knock control on a elite 2500.

1) Is it possible to turn the knock control on based on conditions such as throttle being above 20% and manifold pressure being above 1bar?
2) Is it possible to turn off knock control when launch control is active? This is a big one as the pops are causing knock to be registered, which will pull timing and affect the run.
