Ic7 dash not reading haltech dual widebands

I installed a haltech ic7 dash and got it all going except it is not showing my dual wideband readings. I have a gauge art gauge and it shows the reading. What could be tbe issue. I have it connected to my platinum pro via can hub for the dash, and wideband. Any hel pwould be appreciated. Thanks in advance
