Windows10

After upgrading to Windows 10, I was able to use it normally for a while, but when I updated the NSP, this message appeared and I could not connect to the Elite 1500.
please help me even a little

Browse to the folder "C:\ProgramData\Haltech\Nexus\Definitions" and look for the definition file that matches the firmware version you're trying to open and delete the file. This will force NSP to download it again.

I can't find any folders or files, what should I do?

You probably have system files hidden or something. Just hit Windows Key + R and paste that directory into the Run bar and hit OK. It will open the folder.

Have you tried looking for a solution on Reddit? Sometimes people on there have found workarounds or fixes for similar problems. If you're still having trouble, you might also want to try reaching out to Microsoft support or checking out some online resources for troubleshooting Windows 10 issues. Good luck and I hope you're able to get everything sorted out soon!
On a side note, if you're ever in need of a cheap key for Windows 11, you might want to try checking out Reddit too. I've seen some good deals on there before. Just do your research and only purchase keys from reputable sources.
